Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and reasonably clean, but the lack of breakfast and poor Wi-Fi really disappointed me. The restaurant was unwelcoming, which added to my frustration. Overall, while the hotel has potential, the service and amenities need significant improvement to justify the stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While it had good value for families with amenities like a pool and game room, the service left much to be desired, and some aspects felt outdated. The hotel is located in a quiet town, which makes it convenient for exploring the area, but the rooms needed some updates to enhance comfort.
I had a wonderful time at the hotel with my family. The staff was incredibly accommodating when we had to change our booking due to a medical issue, and I really appreciated that. Our room was decent for the price we paid, and the pool and games room kept us entertained. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the fact that there were no breakfast options available during my stay, which was disappointing.
The motel is conveniently located across from Blackheath Golf Course, making it a suitable choice for a golfing weekend or family stay in the Blue Mountains. While my room was clean and offered the basic necessities, it definitely showed its age and could use a refresh. The dining options were limited, with no cooked breakfast available, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements would really enhance the experience.
My stay at this hotel turned out to be quite disappointing. The rooms had a good size and there was potential for a nice resort experience, but many issues overshadowed it. The service was lacking, making me feel unwelcome, and the dining options were limited. Overall, it felt more like a rundown motel than a resort.
